PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified by email if there is any delay with your order.

Free shipping applies to all orders shipped within the United States. International orders qualify for free shipping on purchases over $75.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after your shipment has been scanned by the carrier.
If your tracking information has not updated after 7 days, please contact us at Novacodetechllc.com and we will investigate immediately.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Velour Beauty does not collect or prepay customs duties.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
